“In all honesty, because I have tried everything on this planet (I feel) that focuses on weight loss and body improvement. I have tried apps, all sorts of diets ranging from military to keto, weight loss supplements, meal replacements, you name it. I was always out of balance. If something didn’t cause fibro symptoms to flare, it threw my body out of balance enough to give me anemia or it triggered previous struggles with eating disorders. Nothing has worked.
